On Pinterest it’s “said” (I read a lot of comments) when you mix apple cider vinegar and baking soda your dark scars will fade and you will have beautiful glowing skin.

You know I had to give it a try. The mixture smelled funny and was a bit messy, so if you are OCD, I don’t think this mixture is for you. I literally got it everywhere and it was not fun to clean up.

The results: I used this mask for about three days and I was not a fond of the mess that this facial mask causes. Three days of moping the floor and that was enough for me. I will say my skin was soft and had a bit of a glow, but I don’t think it faded any of my dark scares. It may work over time, but I was not willing to give it that much time. It was a bit messy for me.

¼ cup baking soda

1-3 tbsps. Apple cider vinegar

Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar Face Mask Recipe Directions: In a medium size bowl add baking soda and apple cider mix until combined. In the mixture is still too thick add more apple cider vinegar.  I prefer a runny mixture, but is you like a thick mixture keep the ratios the same.
