Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

23 June, 2014 by Shundara@Savynaturalista 11 Comments

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites     I know I am not the only one looking for a snack that does not require any time in the oven, less than 10 minutes to make and taste wonderful. Well I made you the perfect snack, so after you read this go ahead and make some raw chocolate chip cookie dough bites.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites       This mixture is made with oat flour instead of regular flour. When it comes to making raw treats that don’t require any heat, oat flour and nut flours taste much better then regular flour. Once they have firmed up in the freezer, you can place them in the fridge and they won’t fall apart.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites Recipe:
2 cups oat flour
½ cup whipped butter
½ cup stevia
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup almond milk
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Recipe Directions: In a large bowl add oat flour, sugar, salt and mix until combine. Slowly add vanilla extract, butter, and milk; mix with hands until all the flour is combined. Roll dough into medium size balls and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until firm.

No bake is perfect for this time of year. I am always craving sweets so love how quick these cookie dough bites are to whip up :) Love that you used oat flour too :)

Delicious! You are so right – in this heat you only want things which don’t require an oven 😀

Oh my!! These look phenomenal! I love anything that involves cookie dough – esp, when it involves a healthy spin!! I am sure these would taste wonderful in banana soft serve ice cream! Pinned :)

No bake dessert bites are the best without having to bake or assemble them especially with the heat waves coming in! Cookie doughs are indeed mouthwatering and I like them in coconut ice cream. Have you tried So Delicious Cookie Dough ice cream? So good…I used to eat the whole pint quickly! Interesting use of oat flour – is there any alternative to whipped butter? Perhaps coconut oil or butter?

Coconut butter just may do the trick, coconut oil may not hold the mixture!!

Hi, my daughter & I are wanting to try these, but not a big fan of stevia. Can we just substitute a natural sugar? How much sugar would I use then. Can’t find a conversion for stevia to sugar based on your 1/2cup listing. Thanks.

I would just use ½ cup of sugar for the whole recipe, taste the batter and add more if you need, but ½ cup of sugar should be more than enough. You could also use splenda if you like.

I am a massive fan of anything cookie dough related – so I can definitely see myself recreating these bites. Wish I had a couple to devour right now!
