Dogsitting or Not

My weekend ended up being a dog sitter for one energetic little pup; of course this was more of a surprise to me. When your fiancé comes home with a puppy what do you do, so far I have heard two different stories from him.
This first one was: One of his coworkers was going on vacation and needed someone to watch her until he got back. I asked him a few questions and the story has changed.

The story now is a homeless man put the puppy into his truck at a red light and ran off when the light turned green.I find that hard to believe since the puppy is potty trained, clean as a whistle, and very friendly.He claims he has a few people wanting to take her in, but I don’t know.

I think after about two years of me saying we can get a dog soon; he finally went and got one.I have been putting him getting a dog off for a very long time. I even told my boss that he may just go out and get one because I kept on putting it off. I never thought he would actually go and get a puppy though.

I am in complete denial about the situation because I am hoping we are just dog sitting. I am hoping! I will let you guys know at the end of the week if we have a puppy are not.
