I bought this lacquer a few weeks back at Wal-Mart, so I have no clue how much it was since the receipt is long gone. The sticker was still on the bottom. Which helped named this enchanted, glitter sparkle lacquer with a hint of blue.
I know applying two coats is the norm, but I added three because I felt two did not do this lovely color the pop that it needed. This glitter may do well over a solid color like black or white. I just don’t think wearing this glitter all by its self does it justice.
