Gooey Pumpkin Bread

20 October, 2014 by Shundara@Savynaturalista

Gooey Pumpkin Bread  On the Fourth day of pumpkin season we have made Gooey Pumpkin Bread (in my alto almost soprano singing voice)!!!   I know it’s been a while since I have done a Monday Minute and I probably won’t do any more until next year. I want to focus on revamping the product line for SavvyNaturalista. I really want to do more all natural and skin care products.  It’s what i’m into and have been making for years now. I also want to work on the blog and adding more recipes, because without creating recipes I am just a lost soul.  Gooey Pumpkin Bread

Gooey pumpkin bread is just what I need with a nice cup of green tea. Gooey pumpkin bread reminds me of pumpkin pie bread; the outside is nice and crunchy and the inside is moist and creamy. Make sure you let the bread completely cool so it’s easier to cut into thick slices. I suggest sprinkling a bit of sugar on the top of the bread to get the crust nice and flaky.
Gooey Pumpkin Bread Gooey Pumpkin Bread Recipe:
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin puree
½ cup whipped butter, softened
1 egg
¾ cup sugar (I used muscovado)
Recipe Direction: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a medium loaf pan; mix dry ingredients in medium bowl and set aside. In a Large bowl cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Add Dry ingredients to wet and stir in pumpkin, mixing until combined. Once batter is combined place in load pan; put in the oven for 50 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

I love coming here and singing along with you in my head for all the days of pumpkin 🙂 This bread does look perfect with my afternoon cup of tea right now. I love that it’s like pumpkin pie bread – yum!

Haha, I love your little song in the beginning of all these posts 😀
It’s kinda funny – just today I thought that is was soon time for pumpkin bread again. It might very likely be this recipe I’ll use for that 😉 Looks soooo delicious and gooey

Good luck with the new face lift for your product line, you are an amazing expert when it comes to natural skin care! Please keep doing that! While I love all sorts of bread, I don’t mind gooey bread that has a lovely color! I think I need some of that bread, have you made it with flax egg before?

This bread looks so yummy and gooey! I love when bread is still gooey in the middle – especially when it is made with pumpkin!! Pinned! And good luck with revamping your line Shundara! Can’t wait to see what you make next!
