Do I use just slightly less oat flour? Half as much? Where do I start?

I wonder if this will work in my Vitamix blender – I just started using it this week and my food processor broke ;( I must try this to make gluten-free baked goods! Bookmarking this 😉

It tastes much better then whole wheat flour as well :)

After the ninja and the one from Walmart failed; I decided to invest in a good one and have not had a problem since!! You could use a blender if a food processor is to expensive :)

Sounds delicious and intriguing.
