I know exactly what you mean by getting to love veggies more as you get older! I crave hearty salads, (such as my favourite – beet salad!) and savory veggie dishes all the time! Hehe I’m the same way and and crave for veggies and fruit a lot now too. I’m a big fan of most salads with lots of greens and some crunch so this snow pea salad sounds perfect! Love these pretty crunchy snow peas – they look so good!
