Agreed! Cookies is the best “cake” you can have. Especially christmas cookies 😉 Hehe
I love baking “healthy” cookies – or at least sugar free. These look super delicious.
Can I sub the peanut butter for another nut butter? I’m not the biggest fan of peanuts

I am totally obsessed with biscotti, and peanut butter…and stevia and coconut sugar! So, basically I could eat these little guys every single day forever.
