Love persimmons, especially eating them dried as snacks. They are also a popular Asian delicacy.

My grandfather used to make Persimmon Pudding every fall when I was a child, but I wouldn’t eat it. Don’t think I have really had persimmons as an adult. Might be time to give them a second try! They sure do look pretty.
