Most of the times I used it to soothe my mind by putting it over my whole body. There is no recommend time at the moment or when I made the scrub. Lately I am enjoying these sinus headache relief shower bombs. Although we are in Monsoon season I am still getting sinus headaches here and there. I’m eager to try this because my husband has had sinus drainage, almost constantly, for over a year. I’ve even started having sinus headaches, & I’ve NEVER been troubled with sinus problems. I notice 3 requests in your comments for how long to leave it on, but I never saw an answer to that question. Do your just put it on & leave it, or what? I’m new to scrubs, etc., so I need explicit instructions. Thanks so much for your time.

Thanks for the recipes for natural headache remedies. I cannot use any pain relievers (due to kidney/liver issues) so I am looking forward to trying some of these recipes 🙂

Crystal I have suffered from Migraines for 15 years also, cluster migraines. I hear what you are saying. When I use to go to the hospital for a shot because nothing was working and the nurse says ‘you’re here for a headache’ grrr I get so upset and say I’d welcome a headache but I Have a Migraine. Anyways after all these years of horrible narcotic med’s I have finally found Maxalt, very awesome, take the moment I have the ora and it no kidding keeps the Migraine from coming and No feeling of being high.
