There are many, many recipes on the internet for it so seek out your ideal, or swap out ingredients for something you prefer. I like this recipe but swap out the olive oil for sweet almond oil which I think is less acidic and more gentle on the skin. And this handmade trio of goodies is well worth trying your hand at! Then buy your favourite essential oils (Lotus Oils are my fave) and job done. The scent I love most and find is enjoyed by almost everybody is vanilla. In reply to Misty. Thank you very much! I am going to try it! Do you take any specific brand? I am kind of weary about going to big box stores for vitamins.. Most of the vitamins I take or high quality vitamins.. :)

In reply to Judy Dehn. Take Vitamin B1 before you go out. I am the same way...if there's a bug within 10 mikes it will eat me alive. In the rare occasion I go camping I take B1 and it helps. I don't remember off hand how much you need to take but you can Google it to get the right dosage.
