Easy Mixed Green Smoothie

Bikini season did not wait for me this year it came before I could even utter the word bikini. Now that it is here I am in no shape to wear one so I guess I will have a one piece on this summer. Luckily I am in the mood to get in shape let’s see how long this will last; the food network just showed some great eateries in phoenix I would love to try

I love having mixed greens in a smoothie especially since they come in a variety even arugula (my arch nemesis), I have a few greens that I just can’t stand to eat and have nearly choked in the process and arugula is one! Luckily when they are mixed with other greens they are easier to go down, and when you put them in a smoothie you barley even notice the flavor.
